Everyone is different, but I found that I eat the same exact things I did before starting WW. I've always eaten "healthy" - regular oatmeal, fruit, cereal, etc. because it helped with my running. The one thing I no longer have in my pantry is peanuts (love cracking and eating shelled peanuts). I got rid of these, not because they are off limits on WW, but because I feel they have too high of a point value. This goes back to the eating healthier things means getting more food as Kelly mentions in her post.
The main difference for me is the portion sizes. I now measure out my cereal & milk as opposed to just pouring them in the bowl.
