more hc choc-choc chunk ice cream???!!! 2

exercise: lots of gardening, weed yanking, compost flipping

hominy soup 2,

Breakfast:
fruit salad 1
coffee 1

lunch:
chips 7
halibut 2
rice 3
salsa 0
ice tea
water

water

dinner:
arugula salad 2
1 piece pizza (thin crust, v. little cheese) 3
calamari 3
water
ice tea
couple of bites of mango mousse 3

exercise: gym 45 minutes cardio and weights
walking while shopping

its a bad week all together.

Hey lala -

Remember what you ARE doing right. I think for being away from home and STILL excercising practically every day is amazing. I don't think I could do it. You really are working it. Maybe not perfectly, but then I don't know of anyone who does.

Keep it up girl!

Evening dining out

bite-tuna tartare, bite pasta w/duck, bite bread - 1
sauteed bass / fish - 4
coating and oil - 4
bite dessert - 2
spinach in bit of oil - 1

toal - 24 points
Water - 32 oz
Exercise - easy walk 1/2 hr.
