Here I am, cheering you all on and I just went down to the vending machine and got a snack cake that I won't name or describe in fear that it will trigger your cravings too.

I don't get it. I drank enough water. I ate enough for breakfast and lunch.

Grrr, I am tteeeeeaaaaaddddd off!

Now I *have* to go workout tonight, huh? Despite the cold.

Tomorrow try more protein at lunch and have a healthy snack ready. I only take enough money to work for a diet coke or two.

One snack cake does not a disaster make! Can you count it and still be under on points with enough left to eat dinner? If so, no harm, no foul! Of course, you may want to get yourself some activity points to help cover it.

The joy of WW is nothing is off limits if you can fit the points in.

And even if this puts you over. Just be good the rest of the day and start fresh tomorrow! It'll be fine!

Agree with the other posters!!! The beauty of WW is that you CAN make mistakes and you CAN start over again the very next instant!! Don't sweat it too much - at least not enough to beat yourself up over it! You only BLOW IT when you QUIT!!

Don't worry, like they said you are human!!!

We all have those days where just a little sweet would make our day, just don't make a it habit, try cutting on something else, and one of those a week won't hurt you!!!

No worries there. I got on the scale for the first time since Sat and I am only up 6 ounces. Hopefully, with the gym today and tomorrow, I can show a loss for my official weigh-in Sat!

Hi....is okay. You are human...and besides, I for one, blow it relatively often. If I didn't, then I would be crazy with the pressure. I live with a man....a 6'3" former chef who has a nasty pension for ice cream. Yeah..I cave, but now I finally found some groovy WW goodies that I use each night. I have to.
Be nice to you....this is a big deal and if our pets or loved ones mess up, we are sure kind to them. The same should apply to us.
