Good afternoon, ladies!
I'm trying to get my bum in gear to get regular workouts started but need to juggle things to do it. Thinking about this got me thinking about all of you.
What sort of workouts do you all do? Walking? Gym? Home equipment? Videos?
I do some walking and will probably start the gym shortly. Just curious to know what you all do and how you keep yourself moving. It's my biggest challenge even beyond eating.

every day (currently 45 minutes, but my goal is to go 1 hour a day) and I do the WATP tapes 3 or 4 days a week. Once I build my stamina back up I'll start doing Pilates and the balance ball again.
