I am finally getting myself to the gym -- I say finally but I've only gone 1 day a week for the past 2 weeks. While I am trying to change that, I figured out a way to get some exercise in while at home, watching TV even.
I'd like to start a 100 crunches a day challenge. I am going to start it up and let you know that this morning I did 50 crunches. Tonight, after the gym, it's another 50.
I know it sounds small, but I've done this before and in a month I noticed a huge difference in my stomach!
