Your best bet is to join at least for a few meetings or find a way to order the at home version (I believe the do a flex pay) or online. I thought somemone said right now they are waiving the registration fee online.

I know at times money is tight but it is money well worth it and sometimes your health insurance will reimburse you some. You might check that out.

Another thing to consider is SouthBeachDiet which is very similiar to the W/W Core portions (after Phase I) without the 'WeeklyPointsAllowance"

So check out www.weightwatchers.com and see if how best you can get all the info you need to be successful.

They also can provide you with the option of ordering the at home kit which is a one time cost and gives you all the tools, books, pointsfinder etc. which combined with the help and the support of boarss like this would enable you to do WW at home without going to the meetings.

You do need the basic tools and booklets in order to fully understand the program and to get the most benefit from it.

Unfortunately there is too much info and foods points to list to be able to do it on this forum and a lot of the info is copywritten by WW so we are not able to provide full details of the program.

In the meantime these links might be helpful to you
