Hello to all fellow chicks! I recently joined 3fatchicks and decided this would be the perfect forum for me since I'm on ww and need to lose 100 lbs! I had success on ww last year but got off track and started to gain some of it back. WW was so easy to follow and the weight seemed to come off easily before, this time around it doesn't seem to be going as smoothly My best friend and I decided to join to increase our support network so I'm hoping that with all this encouragement and support I can stay on track and make it to my 100 lb goal! I appreciate any tips and helpful support and will do the same for the other posters!

Good luck on your weight loss journey Gingerbelle! I understand what you mean about it not going as smoothly this time because even though I've only been back OP since the 1st, I feel like it's taking more control from me to keep everything on track. But last weekend I decided that is probably a good thing - it means that I am more determined this time and I am willing to accept that it is not an easy road to follow. (that sounded better in my head last week I promise! ).

Now get out there and kick butt!
