What is your "Real Age"?

  • Okay - this isn't exactly WW - but it does relate to our quality of life and our weight loss goals.

Has a quiz/questionaire that you fill out and it calculates your 'real age' based on health and health risk factors. It was very encouraging for me.

In spite of the fact that I am very overweight I am basically very healthy (my weight has not yet started to affect my general health).

According to this series of questions my 'real age' is 25.4 years, 6.8 years younger than my chronological age. By following some simple changes to my diet and lifestyle (which by the way will help me stay OP with WW) in 90 days I can shed another 2 years off my age!

It is very interesting and informative. Not to mention that to answer the questions you have to take a good long look at your eating, exercise and nutritional habits. It is eye opening.
