Hi,
Its been awhile since I posted in any of the threads but Im back now for support. I recently rejoined WW last week and Im fully committed to following this through this time. Im tired all the time, I have been divorced now for a year and have had a dead in relationship which I had to end to keep my sanity. Now I have sworn to keep my resolutions to MYSELF this year. I joined WW to get my health back. Im reading self help books to get my self esteem back. And Im bound and determined to try to get my massage business on its feet. I have been graduated for over 5 yrs now and just applied it here and there. I need to become the woman I was intended to be, strong, healthy and independent. I want to reek of the self confidence that I have been robbed of. Dont get me wrong, Im confident to some extent, but my weight has reeked havoc on my self esteem and I have been walked on by everyone. So I have come back to the boards because you guys have it going on. You are all very committed to becoming healthy strong individuals and give great advice and are willing to support anyone through there tough and even good times. I will enjoy the coming months to be with you all and I will help where I can. Sometimes we get so caught up in the amount of weight we have to lose that we lose sight of that it takes one day at a time and that we didnt put it on overnight so we are not going to be able to take it off overnight. So Im planning not to get discouraged this time and take it day by day.
