I dont know if this helps at all, maybe its just me, but when are you weighing yourself. I've been doing it several times just to see what happens and notice right after I eat I gain like 1-3.5 ibs, then by the next morning its all gone again, and sometimes even more. So if one week you weigh yourself in the morning but the next after you eat it will look like you actually gained a few when really you might have dropped a few. It also might help you reach that 149 which will raise your spirits

Last night I was really bad and went over a lot of points and I went back up to 136, but this morning I'm back to the 132.
Maybe this is common sense to others, but new to me
