I've been on Weight Watchers for about 6 weeks and lost almost all the weight I wanted to, but I've been doing it on my own. How many more points do you get to not gain weight but stay the same?
It depends on the individual, their metabolism and how many points you utilized during your weight loss efforts.
You start back by adding some into your day (it is copyright information so to post the exact number would be illegal and could get the 3FatChicks in legal trouble).
The next week if you gained you take some away if you still lost you add some more. You do this playing until you no longer gain or lose.
