Angry Journal - Wednesday, June 27, 2001

Good Morning! Weigh in tonight for me.... I'm hoping to post a loss.

B:
Decaf coffee (0/0)
Baker's breakfast cookie (4/4)
FF yogurt w/high-fiber cereal (3/7)

L:
1 oz turkey on 2 slices LF bread (2/9)
Carrots (0/9)

D:
1 cup skim milk (2/11)
FF tortilla w/2 oz chicken, slice LF cheese, lettuce, tomato (5/16)

Snack:
WW 2 pt bar (2/18)

Water:
100 oz plus

Exercise:
Mow the grass (1 hour)

Point Range: 18-25

total: gotta hit at least 25 - ALL RIGHT!!!! - ultimate total: 27.5
exercise: no, missed the cardio class - had to pick up the kittycat from the vet, but did Body Electric tape later -1

new points goal for the week - at least 25 points/day. must not lose weight this week! see thin4life posting. doing WW dance of joy!!!! HAHAHAHAHA

P.S. just checking - am I manic?

Evening
salmon rollup 5

peppers 0

Total: 18
Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical trainer and body sculpting class
