New Years Challenge
 
Ok guys,I know there is a Thanksgiving Challenge and a Christmas Challenge,but I want a New Years day goal ;) My goal is to loose 15 pounds between now and then.We have about 7 weeks..I know we can do it..So whats your weight loss goal for the new year?

My goal is to lose 11 lbs. by January 1st. I hope I'll be able to stay on track with all the yummy Christmas cookies around. :D

okay snapple girl here i am ready to go my new years goal combined with xmas goal is 13lbs so we'll see how it goes. we can do this girls. :)

Well, I want to hit 195 by x-mas so if and when I do, I want to Maintain through the Holiday! I will be in FL for all of Christmas/New Year's week!

Ok sign me up! I need a good goal and a KICK in the butt. I want to be down 20lbs by New Year's Eve and I know this will be hard because I will be at the in laws house for Christmas through New Years!

I'm psyched that I lost 3 pounds in my first week. It was difficult at first and I made some mistakes, but I ate better and it's showing on the scale. For the first time in a long time, the scale is going down! Yay! My goal is to get more exercise in and to plan, plan, plan ahead.

New Years Goal
 
I just set my New Years goal, so I will join your thread.

I follow the Wendie Plan and my goal is to exercise six days a week and lose 14 pounds. I have already lost 4 pounds this week.

I started exercising today, so this week I will only be exercising five days. I will need to complete 29 workouts to reach my goal by December 31.

Workouts to date - 1/29

wow winter star 4 lbs this week that is great keep it up . youw ill be at goal in no time :)i love working out always feel so great afterwards
welcome to the challenge.

so girls what are we doing today to get ourselves closer to our goals.

i did a one hour workout and have been a water drinking fool :)

Ok! I'm going for 159! Even though I have 160 for Christmas that is 9 lbs and I will be happy to be in the 150's for after the Holidays! I'm thinking 160 will be a stretch but I going for it. Pam

I Want To Be 199 On New Years Eve. It Just 1 Point Under My Christmas Goal. But To Start The New Year And Say Goodbye To The 200's Sounds Like A Great Way To Bring In The New Year!!!!!

Good Morning!

I am well on my to reaching my goal for New Years. I began my weight loss journey on Sunday and have already lost 6.5 pounds. In a way this scares me, but I know a lot of it is water weight. I am not expecting to lose to much, if anything for the next week.

I barely got my exercise in yesterday. I started at 10:00 pm. I know if I had not joined this challenge I would have sloughed it off. One nice thing, I was really warm when I went to sleep. For the first time in months I slept through the whole night.
