Hi all. Thought I would re-introduce myself (I was going to try WW a few months back but never started!) -- although I've been a member of 3FC for a while now.
I joined WW 2 weeks ago. The Flex Plan and online only. I am down 5 lbs thus far. I've tried a whole host of things -- my own plan (lost about 25 lbs), exercise (lost another 20), South Beach (lost 13, left and gained 11, re-joined and lost 6, but re-gained about 15) and now WW. It's been 2 years and I've been able to keep off about 45 pounds (of the original 55 I lost). But I want to lose more. I am not happy at 200+. The lowest I've been is 191 and that was about a year ago and it was not achieved in a healthy way.
WW is so doable, though slow going. But I think that's the point. I don't think of it as a diet because I know I can do it this time. If I lose 1-2 a week, I will be golden for my wedding in September!!! And of course, for life in general!
