Is there somewhere that I can view peoples food logs?
I would like to see what others are eating...I notice people that have lost 40-50 pounds...and Im just wondering what kind of time frame it took....and/or what kind of foods they ate...some examples....any help would be great....thanks....oh Im asking about the time frame....cause were going to the Dominican Republic the last week in April...and I currently am at 216 and would love to make it to at least 175....less would be even more better...my instructor told me not to try and kill myself right now being around the holidays....to just try not to gain anymore weight....but I really want to get a new wardrobe for my trip.....any suggestions??? thanks....Tonya
