Default Journal, Saturday, July 7, doh!

Hi all-
up a 1# go figure

My clothes are looser, even the ones I just washed and dried.

breakfast:
coffee 1/1
pastry swirl (I only have about 1000 left) 6/7

lunch:
veggies
wheat thins 4/11
cheese 3/14

dinner:
bk broiler w/mayo, took as much off but still 11/25
fries 6/31
exercise:
running the dog -done, go dog go

Hey lalala & anybody else who's lurking - I managed to sleep much better last night - woke up about 4:30 am, but was able to get back to sleep. I was pretty tired last night.

B:
Coffee (0/0)
Oatmeal (2/2)
Baker's breakfast cookie (4/6)

L:
Watermelon (1/7)
Turkey/ham sandwich on LF bread (3/10)

Snack:
94% FF microwave popcorn (2/12)

D:
Leftover Yukon Gold potatoes (2/14)
Huge plate of steamed veggies (0/14)
1 cup skim milk (2/16)

Snack:
Piece of WW-inspired strawberry pie (2/18)
WW 2 pt bar (2/20)
A couple of marshmallows w/graham crackers (3/23)
1/2 cup LF ice cream (2/25)

Water:
72 oz plus

Exercise:
1 hour yoga class plus walking to/from class this morning
2.5 mile walk this afternoon

Point range: 18-25

Lala, Isn't it the way we look and feel that really counts. I bet it was muscle gain. Don't get discouraged.

Katie, You do yoga too? Isn't it great! I absolutely love it.

Myra -
I am a yoga beginner - I signed up for a 6 week intro/beginner class to try it out. I want to incorporate some strength/stretching into my exercise regime, but haven't felt the motivation to lift weights. I thought trying yoga would be a great alternative. So far, I like it.
