Red face Newbie WW!

Hi

I just started WW 3 days ago.

I have 2 different point calculators and they always give different values for the foods, does it matter if you go a few points over each day, I'm not sure if I am since I think I dont actually eat the whole portion, but not sure how much of a difference that makes.

The most I would be going over is like 6 points a day since the calculator that always goes higher says that. On the lower one I am always right on track I hope thats the right one

Thanks
Chrissy

Hi! Personally, I would go with the one that calculates the points higher or newest calculator which ever that may be. Do you attend meetings? If so use that calculator. If you don't know which one is newer then go with the one that is higher if you want to err on the side of caution. I started in July and my slider is a tealish color, my old one was orangish.

I look at it this way. 6 points is more than 25% of your daily total and puts you in the same range as someone who weighs 200-224 pounds. You can earn additional points through exercise and you can use your 35 flex points if you are following flex.

It's really all up to you though. Being honest with yourself and following the plan works for you is the most important thing.
