Howdy all!
I've been re-reading the October posts. And have decided that Y'all ROCK!! Lots of good things going on with adding exercise and making better choices. (that one is my personal bugaboo)
Took a short walk this AM and have promised to do some extreme mopping in the kitchen & breakfast area due to a broken glass bowl & a lightbulb in the same hour! lol
Unfortunately, lots of today's goals include sitting on my butt. So, I have to make the mopping worth lots of points.
Have a date with my lunch buddies for Olive Garden. The breadsticks don't callm my name so much as the pasta faglioli. (sigh) And yesterday's eating was way outta control. I've certainly eaten more than enough junk to make up for the 6 mile walk and yesterday's gym session. Grrr

So, self, what are we gonna do at the Olive Garden...?
