Default Getting over that specific number hump?

Hi everyone,

I am new to weight watchers- just two weeks in- but I am worried that I am just going to freeze at the same spot. I have been between 175 and 180 for years now and I'm trying to get down to a healthy 150 but just can't seem to get over the 175 hump. I follow my points allotment to the number uring the week and only have dipped into the 35 extra on the weekends, exercise every day, I'm even drinking tons of water but just can't crack the magic number.

Any advice out there would be really appreciated!!

Thanks,
Jessica

dip into those 35 pts. you are allowed to use them the pts shake up may help you crack that plateau I eat all of my daily pts every day and all 35 pts every week and i just lost 2.4lbs this week i would suggest trying that.

Thank you! I got the idea that those were just "extra" and only there if you needed them. I got that same idea about the points from exercise and as a result have tried not to deduct them.

Hi! I too feel that way! I tried not dipping into my 35 bonus points and I wasn't using up my activity points either, so at my ww meeting on Friday, I weighed in at the same and then told the leader and group and they firmly STRESSED how important it is to "dip" and definately use those points up. They say that your body has to have fuel to burn fat (within reason I'm sure).

Good Luck and stay positive! You'll get there!
