Help Needed Converting Recipe to Points

  • I have a recipe for Easy Enchiladas that I would like to convert to points and am having trouble. Can someone tell me where to go for this help or help me convert it?
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 small can black olives, sliced
    2 cans green enchilada sauce
    10 flour tortillas

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. In large bowl, combine beef, Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheese and black olives. Fill tortillas with meat mixture. Roll tightly and place in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover with both cans of green enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with jalapeno sauce and sour cream if desired.
  • You can do it 1 of 3 ways.

    1) figure the points per ingredient total up those and then divide by the number of servings

    or

    2) figure the cal/fat/fiber for each ingredient, total up those items and divide each of them by the number of servings and then figure the points

    or

    3) obtain a program such as Mastercook or pay for e-tools or online from the W/W site and use their Recipe Builder.
