I've tried WW several times before (probably, at least 3). I never made it past the first 5 weeks. I think I fell into a trap of "one time off the wagon and that's it". or "one
bad weigh in and that's it". This time, it's different. I made myself a commitment to stick with it and also, I talked to myself and said "I know there are going to be weeks I don't want to see the results. Perhaps I'll not lose or I'll actually (gulp) GAIN and
THAT's okay".
This is not an all or nothing. Think about what you HAVE done this week ~ you
HAVE stayed on plan ... you
HAVE joined curves. Those are great accomplishments.
