Default My weekly weigh in tonight...

I'm dreading my weekly weigh in tonight. I have been diligent about my points this week. And I started Curves last friday. I was very disappointed last week when my weigh stayed exactly the same. Tonight I pray not to have a repeat of last week I read over the Wendy plan. I may give that a try.

I'm wishing you :good scale vibes !!


I've tried WW several times before (probably, at least 3). I never made it past the first 5 weeks. I think I fell into a trap of "one time off the wagon and that's it". or "one bad weigh in and that's it". This time, it's different. I made myself a commitment to stick with it and also, I talked to myself and said "I know there are going to be weeks I don't want to see the results. Perhaps I'll not lose or I'll actually (gulp) GAIN and THAT's okay".

This is not an all or nothing. Think about what you HAVE done this week ~ you HAVE stayed on plan ... you HAVE joined curves. Those are great accomplishments.

First off look at the overall picture and not each little week to week piece.

Weight loss isn't exact and there are times when you are going to be 100% OP and still show a maintain or even a gain for no reason.
