Talking My weekly weigh-in
Just got back from my weekly weigh in.

I am down a total of 10.2 pounds !! 1/2 way to my 10% goal of 20 #.

I feel great and stoked for more !!

That is all ... back to your regular programming...

karen that is so great congratulations dont you feel so good. so how does 10.2 pounds less of you feel are you starting to notice some changes? I am so happy for you. YOU GO GIRL!!!!!

awwww, thanks ~

I don't think I look differently but my clothes definately feel looser. And, now when I walk by a store with cute clothes in the window (I work in a mall), I actually say to myself: you know, that will look cute on me !!!

thats the best feeling in the world. i can finally shop in regular stores now instead of just lane bryant i'm so excited new york and company has cute stuff and abercrombie and fitch and i could gone out about all the places i cant wait to shop. your are doing so great so happy for you ..
