Default Oh How Embarrassing!!!

Just wondering if any of you out there have had problems with increased gas (flatus) since increasing your fiber and what can you do about it?

I have tried the simethicone and it just doesn't work for me.

Any suggestions? My husband says I eat too much green stuff. I'm doing Flex.

Get yourself some Beano! I like the drops better than the pills. You just put a few drops on your first bites of food. And it works!
