I hear ya Nibs! I am doing pretty good but I am getting those "comfort food" cravings. I ate mashed potatoes the other night and wanted to eat the whole bowl and skip the rest of my dinner
Had a couple of bad days Sat and Sun. So that means back to the bare basics for the rest of the week. Ate about 1/2 my flex for the week so that has to be it for me. I just lose nothing if I eat more flex than that.
I baked a cake recipe that I found on WW site and it was very good. Only problem is I tend to eat the more than one piece I should be eating.
I don't know why weekends have to be such a disaster for me lately.
I am just getting a little tired of the battle but must keep going - too close to goal to quit now.
