Well, I woke up late today after last nights pub crawl feeling a little dehydrated and not so hungry but i made myself eat a 2 egg omlette with green pepper and onion with a little bit of light cheese for 5 pts in total. I'm going for a consultation with a personal trainer this afternoon so I figured I needed some protien in me to mak sure I dont pass out on the treadmill. hehe.
Another thing I like having with breakfast is hot water and lemon juice. It's tasty and warm and is aparantly supposed to jumpstart your matabolism in the morning. All though that could be a myth, i have no idea.
