Points advice for long days
Hi,
I am currently doing WW on my own (and previously did it the "official" meeting way a couple years ago in Hawaii) I have been successful since starting on my own ~ 3 weeks ago with planning, journaling, packing my lunch, etc. but I have a question. I am at the 20 point mark (weight fluctuates between 147-150) and have very long days going from ~05:30 til ~midnight.
I am single, no kids, etc. but am at school during the day and studying late into the night. How do I spread my 20 points over this period of time?
I try to eat a light snack (low points) every 2-3 hours and am not a big veggie person though I usually manage to get the 5 serving of fruit/vegetables a day with something like V8, brocc/cheese or my new favorite squash or carrot soup. (very yummy but also high in sodium). I don't buy junk food and chocolates (b/c I know I'll eat it if it's here) and always get plenty of water-(usually over 80 ounces) my favorite drink
What helpful tips to get me late into the evening and spread my 20 points over 16-17 hours??
