Oh! I feel so bad for you! This is so hard to recover from, but you CAN do it.

You've worked very hard to be where you are - this has to be a lifestyle change for you.

Count those points, even if you don't like the numbers they add up to. That way it's very REAL for you. Maybe that will motivate you to do better for the rest of today, and then tomorrow, etc.

Open your week 1 book and start over. It's a new beginning. Don't let what's been done snowball into something you'll regret a few months or a year from now. Start the program over. And write down what you want to accomplish. Put those goals next to your mirror, or on the fridge so you see them every time you look there.

You can do it. Because you're back here posting, you know you've gone off track and need to get back on it. Write down the things that make you want to do damage and recognize what your motivation was for doing so. It's the habits of a lifetime you're trying to change. The only way you can is by recognizing and dealing with them.

Plan, plan, and plan some more! Plan your meals, get the healthy fruits and vegetables around you for when you need them and keep on going.

See how easy it will be? It will be if you do the program!

Thumbs up Start from this moment!

Start from this moment! Our problems is we think- "oh I blew it" and we just seem to stay with that thinking and we beat ourselves up. Keep your food diary and everytime you eat something write it down. Don't forget your exercise points and just give yourself positive talk everytime you make the right choice. We all need pats on the back so give yourself a pat on the back for getting on this site and having the courage admit your struggling. Every journey starts with a single step. Every ounce or pound lost starts with a right choice of food. You can do it!
