Default Lifetimer back to WW...

I'm back after not weighing in for 2 years...I have been slowly creeping up....doing stuff like eating things that I don't even like..(ok..so I have issues!) A little bit of stress in the last few weeks, sending the baby off to college...putting the 14 yr old dog to sleep.....I knew i needed to get back on track. So hello to all,I hope to figure this forum stuff out...it seems like a very large site.

It is a huge site, and there is not a way to conquer it all. My advice it to stick with a section of the site that you like. (For instance, the WW section)

As far as having issues - welcome to the family! I used to do that exact same thing (eat something even if I didn't really like it!)

I'm not a lifetimer, but I am 9 pounds away from my 10 percent goal!!

Welcome to this site, welcome BACK to WW. You're going to do great.

I'm so sorry about your dog - beautiful avatar picture. Sending baby off to colleg?!?!? How hard! You must be SO proud, though!!!!

Welcome from another lifer who has fallen off the wagon! I got lazy, and little by little slid back into old (mindless) eating habits. Last week I decided it was time to take control and here I am! I find this site really inspiring and am trying to commit to being a more active participant this round.

Day three for me,the program is basically the same but I geuss the word would be "revamped"...makes it a little more interesting.WW has worked for me before...if I follow it. I just got tired of the same foods...so I am always looking for new stuff. Has anyone tried the 1 pt WW cakes? Are they worth it?
I can't imagine living in the south and having to deal with fried foods...the food here is mostly cheesesteaks, hoagies (subs, heroes) and pizza.Especially in the winter.

I love the little cakes. The only issue is eating only one!!
It is hard to find new things to eat. I try to go to the grocery store and just wonder around with my points finder. I tend to eat the same thing for breakfest and lunch. I have found a ton good stuff here.
Good luck with getting back on the wagon.

Thumbs up

WI day..down 2.2lbs...acceptable. I lose very slow but steady if I stay with it. I'm always curious about the big losers....one guy lost alot...14 lbs? I'm assuming he is doing core and maybe it is fluid loss.
