Default Weight training/act points?

How do you figure up activity points for weight training? You can't use the "breath" test as well as you can; also, with weights, there are brief rests between sets. Do you count that? I try to keep them short, but there is still down time. Also, does it count as moderate or heavy?

Default

yes you can....you can talk and sing so it would be low intensity workouts.

It takes me 45 - 50 minutes to do my weight training (depending on if it is chest, triceps, shoulders and abs or legs, calves, back, biceps) so I count 30 minutes for the time period between. Some of the rest counts.
