well today was week one for me being back at my meetings didnt do so bad was hoping for more course i have been doing weight watchers at home when i couldnt afford to go to the meetings I lost 3lbs first week at meetings yeah hoping for about the same next week.

A loss is a loss anyway you look at it. 3 pounds is an excellent loss for a week.

thanks so much angel-eyes i guess i just wish it would come off alot faster. we are gearing up to start trying for another lil one and i have to lose atleast another 22lbs before the fertility specialist wil up help us again. but, i still have my big goal but, we arent seeing the specialist till after the 1st of the year more than likely feb or march so hopefully ic an reach my big goal by then thanks for all the wonderful support ladies i just love this site

id kill for a loss like that right now. not only did i have a small gain this past week but i lost nearly nothing the previous week so now the dang scale is moving in the wrong direction!
