Default Back on the saddle again!

Hi everyone,

I fell off the wagon a couple of months ago and I'm going to climb back on tonight. I gained back all the weight I had lost, about 14 pounds but decided that I need to gain control and go back to weight watchers before I totally lose control of all my willpower.

My friend came to visit me for a couple of days and just left today and she has lost so much weight. She looked wonderful and had all of these nice "small" clothes that I have also but can't get even one leg into right now .

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I am going back to WW tonight and will try my best again to follow it. See you all later tonight when I get back.

Welcome back, Kim.

We've all been there, so I'm sure we can relate. I had a similar experience myself, and that's what I keep in mind as a focus to keep on track. So write it down and keep it handy, so when you feel like straying, you can look at it and strengthen your resolve to stay on program.

Anything that works, right?

Hi guys, I went back and I done what I thought. Gained back the 14 plus 3 more. Anyway I have been totally on plan since Friday. Three days now of eating within my points range, drinking all my water and walking. I feel so much better already. Not so bloated

I am going to really try my best this time and I will lose this weight for good.
