    Well, I guess I didn't do as badly as I thought, but I'll have to be "really good" for the rest of the week, to lose any weight.

    And we're set to go away this weekend to the Wine Country.
    I'm not sure how vigilant I can be. I'm going to try and bank some points Thursday and Friday for Sat and Sun.
