My WW points recently dropped to 26 a week. I seldom go into my 35 extra points. I have noticed this week that my scale is not budging at all. I've not gone above my 26 per day and some days I been in the 24-26 range. Do you find that on the weeks your points change that it seems like your body is rebelling?? How do I get beyond this slump?
I've been getting in quite a bit of water( not what I should but at least all I can withstand) and walk 2.5 miles everynight. I will be lucky if I don't gain this Monday cause my scale seems to be stuck. All I need is .6 lbs. to reach 40 lbs. lost.
