If anyone out there is on Weight Watchers - Do you like flex or core better I keep flip flopping and accomplishing nothing !!!

Hi, pipestone! I just recently started WW, and right now I like flex better, but that's because I have a personal issue with portion control. I know alot of people in my meetings who prefer core (and they are also losing bigger amounts of weight)

Flipping back and forth shouldn't mess you up, according to my leader, as long as you are staying committed for an entire week at a time.

Which are you feeling MORE comfortable with?
