im actually not done yet, but i reached what they consider at goal. im on core. i joined ww 10 yra ago and lost 65 lbs on a plan similar to core. i quit and regained all but like 15 of the 65. i rejoined 10 weeks ago and have lost 27 1/4 on core. goal number 2 is as close to 140 as i can by 9-16.
i swwim daily do abdoer daily and lift at least 1x week. and meetings are key!
