I have a question about the Wendie Plan. I read the article at the top of the forum about how to do your points on the Wendie Plan for people in the 18-23 point range.
I'm a little confused. This is what it had listed:
Day 1 - 20 points
Day 2 - 25 points
Day 3 - 21 points
Day 4 - 35 points Super High Day (SHD)
Day 5 - 20 points
Day 6 - 24 points
Day 7 - 22 points
That would be a total of 167 points for the week.
But if you take 23 points for 7 days..that works out to 161 points for the week. It seems like I'd be going over the maximum points if I do it her way or am I doing something wrong?
Your 23 pts a day are the basic pts not including what you are allowed on Flex so if you add 35 to your 161 the 167 on Wendie Plan is still lower
Lots of people have had great luck with it.
I had a terrible week this week ( not really sure why)
But I like the principle of it I think it makes sense to me to trick your body into burning more efficiently

No the Wendi plan does not have 35 FPs included in it because it has the ranges already included that in it.
However because FP added back some points the lowest range would be a total of 175 so you could actually add a few points to some of those other days to get up to the max for that range/TPs.
I have never tried the wendie plan, but people do speak highly of it!
