Hi guys,
I have been lurking alot and posting here and there today, and with all my reading and my own experience i thought as opposed to a "challenge" thread maybe we could do with and OP checklist thread, something like this:


Water
Dairy
Exercise
Veggies
Vitamin
Journal
(if you guys want to add any others go ahead :))

I am gonna start, i thought maybe we could use the smilies to do our "check marks"

What do you think????? You can copy and paste the first line, the only way i could paste it though was using the control and the " v ". Hopefully i havent totally confused :?: you guys?? If you have questions, you can email me privately or post here. either way is fine :)
