Help! I am having one of those days. I want to raid the cabinets. I just keep trying to drink my water and munch on carrots. Anyone else in the same boat today?
Not me but when I do feel like that I tend to find something to keep me busy. This forum is kinda slow but the Newbie's forum at the official site books if that will help you get your mind off food.
Actually, I am going through the house getting things ready for a garage sale this Sat. but am still craving. Just will have to turn up the music louder and get down to work.
Yeah, I feel like that too. I think it is because of the weather here, kind of overcast and gloomy...the kind of day that makes me want to eat chocolate

Gloomy day here too. Always makes me want to eat chocolate and snooze. I am indulging in 6 little chocolate Miss Meringues and hoping that will do the trick. Then I'm going to run away from my desk and do some errands to try to keep my mind off it. Good luck to us all!
Swimming sounds fun! More fun than labeling things for a garage sale I made some FF/SF jello for after dinner tonight as a "treat". Hubby won't be home until late so after the 4yr. old goes to bed I will indulge
