Hey all. I seem to be on here enough, and make quite a few posts, so maybe i should just find some great buddies?? Well today i made a vow with myself to always ask myself if im truly hungry before i shove something in my mouth, and if im not just dont eat it. we'll see how that works for a while? I seem to be sorta stuck at 155, and i dont know whats going wrong because i eat my 20-22 pts a day, and work out at hte gym everyday and burn 400 calories, and then do bunches of sit ups a nite. I must be doing somehting wrong, but i will keep working hard and trying to stick to my points, swim suit season is coming
. Last nite tho, i had one of those nites. It always seems to happen on the dun dun dun...shopping nite. Its like i find all these cool new low pt products, and i would simply like to try them all? haha..i hope someone else knows how i feel on that. Any ways im trying to decide what i would like for dinner, and trying to encourage msyelf to make a reasonable portion, so that i dont overeat, and feel way to full.
