Default Morning Challenge

Does anyone else find that they wake up craving every kind of food?! I think that the morningis the worst time for me. I am the most hungry in the morning, and want the most food! is it okay to eat alot then? does anyone else have that problem?
Thanks
nancy

you know I am not that hungry, but my mind goes into all the possibilities of all the food I COULD eat that day. Like making a giant buffet in my head just for fun. I am not sure it is a good idea. Perhaps I would do better if I was a bit busier.

That also happens to me. I think it is a combo of being hungry and thining about all the possiblities that are in the cabinets When I am like this the first thing I do is drink a large glass of water quickly. It fills up my stomach and gives me time to make a better breakfast for myself instead of raiding the snacks Hope this helps! Rebecca

If I don't eat enough during the previous day I wake up craving everything for breakfast the next morning.

I have a glass of cool water with a slice of lemon first thing then hop in the shower. Bye the time I'm done my brain and stomach have caught up with each other enough to eat a proper breakfast.

I think it is okay to eat a larger breakfast and lunch then have a smaller dinner. This can actually work better for some people than having a big dinner.
