Oh YEAH!!!!! I finally made it to my goal!!! I am so happy!!! Now, the question is, how to I maintain it? Any suggestions are very welcome! Thanks for all your support and comments over my time with weight loss.... you don't know just how much it helped!
Do you attend meetings or do the at home package or do online? If you go to meetings or do online it has all the info for your...if you do the at home package you can order the maintenance information but.....
Basically you start by adding 4 points to your TPs and the next week if you still lost you add 1 or 2 more and if you gained you take away 1 or 2 points. You do this until you no longer gain or lose.
Well done! Congrats on your loss! I'm just learning myself about maintenence, I've been a bit up and down the last few weeks, but I'm determined to keep the weight off, so perseverence I think, is also the key! Good luck!
