I still like the old selections plan from about 1996.I know all about the plan,but i need recipes with the selections included.Does anyone maybe know of websites with this on them?Also do anyone of you still do this program?

I have several old Cookbooks with selections in them. You can still get the older cookbooks from most any used book store.

I am not doing the selections plan as it is too very restrictive and too much of a diet...I'd never continue to eat like that for life so a combo of Flex/Core is much better for me.
