I agree with journeygirl. I too have had to face "scale avoidance" and not wanted to go to my weighin
Taking control and responsibility is part of the weight loss journey. You have to face your mistakes and take the ups and downs in stride. Your body may still be trying to adjust to your change in lifestyle. The more you avoid your weighin the worse you feel so you may as well go and take your lumps. You may be pleasantly surprised and find you haven't gained or have actually lost and if you don't like what the scale says then you can use that as a motivational tool! Get mad and kick butt! (hopefully by doing Tae Bo

)
Also remember that the numbers on the scale aren't the only way to judge your losses.
How you feel overall, clothes getting more comfortable, being able to walk a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing are all small but very significant things that will let you know things are moving along.
