I'm back after being gone over a year. I lost 35 lbs at WW and had reached lifetime at 147 lb. I had a personal goal that I never made - I started going the wrong way! Right now I weigh 162 and am on my way back down. I just wanted to reintroduce myself. I recognize some names! My biggest goal this time is to rely less on exercise - a foot injury totally derailed me. This time I'm fixing those eating habits and doing moderate exercise.
Here's a cool tip my new leader gave us last week- don't know if it's been posted here or not. For an easy vacation time monitoring method if you don't want to journal - just stick 25 cents(or however many points you are aiming for) in one pocket and transfer it over to the other as you use points.
