drbjaded, Yes that is what I am saying. If you have only been eating your TPs and doing all that exercise your body thinks it is starving and holding on to the fat you have because it is in that mode.

It works differently for everyone....I don't always eat my 35 Flexpoints. I eat my minimum daily points and my exercise points but sometimes use my Flexpoints on the weekends for treats at the movies or a meal out. It seems to work
