Talking Just started WW recently
I just wanted to say hello!!!

I just started WW on 1/27/05 and went in for my first weigh in on Thursday and lost 8.5 lbs I was so excited, but the lady told me that I shouldn't lose it that quickly...but I wasn't trying to lose that much, it just happened Besides I think most of it was water anyways

I will be back l8rs...have some more cleaning to do then I have to jump on the treadmill for a few!

Great loss! I lost 4.5 my first week. It was a great feeling. Now that I am back OP, I hope to lose 2 next week!

Any goals for you all for next week?

I too lost 8+ lbs on the first week. I did notice that my weight loss for the next week was slower and more steady. Just keep up the work and you will get to your goal.
