  • after yesterday -- today is going to be better right? Writing it down really makes you realize just how much you really eat.

    Happy shrove tuesday!

    breakfast:

    2 protein bars -- 4
    chai with milk -- 1.5/5.5
    tea

    lunch:
    apple -1
    ryvita -2
    laughing cow cheese -1
    leftover stirfried veggies with canadian bacon -- 2/11.5

    dinner:
    some soup at my parents -- 2
    nutella and ryvita 3/16.5
    snack:
    latte 2/18.5

    bookclub:
    one small piece of coffee cake and it was good. 6 pts is my guess 6/24.5

    i will be good and only have coffee

    exercise: so far -- 30 minute bike -1 activity point (not very hard)


    water: goal for today is 48 oz.

    so, 20+1=21 -3.5 flexies

    Hmmm, I need more food. I have a rehearsal tonight, so no time for dinner.

    Drinking water--goal of 64 oz. (almost there).

    Walked and strength training.--30 minutes
