www.calorieking.com will help you with nutritional information and the formula for points is:

POINTS = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams <capped at 4 grams>/5)

thanks....... ok so i tried that 2 point smoothie as well-- it was awesome but instead of no fat plain i used low fat vanilla..... how much does that u[p the points? lol

You'll have to figure out the points based on what you use. I don't know how much you used for your yogurt nor how many points it is.
