Hi ,I'm new here . I have been a WW for over three years and have more or less maintained my goal wt. I seem to have a problem keeping on track . What is the problem with eating carrots ,onions. Is it the sugar content? If so would that include beets? One of my problems is I like to eat. Another is that I still cannot control my desire for JUNK foods. I am now again trying to not buy them. The WOW chips are good ,but it is easy to go overboard and use too many points'
I lost 57 lbs to goal wt. I am creeping up . and need to get back down to business or I will be over the 200 mark again.
I walk 3+ miles nearly every day .I am not able to do any other exercise because of health problems. And still I need more help. I don't care for meetings for a few reasons,but I do like to look in these rooms and pick up as much advise and help as is given.I would like to lose another 10 lbs .I hope I am not sounding like a crybaby. Just looking for help.
