Help!

I have been back on weight watchers (flex plan) for a little over a month now and i have barely lost 2 lbs. I exercise 3 times weekly and have recently upped my veggies in order to eat less. I always hit 20 points a day but usually use my flex points on the weekend. I am so frustrated i am about ready to throw in the towel. I have already eaten way too much today and am feeling miserable and discouraged. Can anyone offer any reason why the plan is so unsuccessful for me? I have used it in the past and it has been much more effective. Also, i am going to Las Vegas on Sunday and i could really use some tips on how to not eat and drink my face off.
I am 25 and 5'1 sw/129 cw/127 Thanks!

1) are you eating your APs too?
2) are you getting in enough water?
3) if you just changed your exercise routine then that can slow down a weight loss?
4) is this weight you lost and gained back because if so it is harder to take it back off.

Don't quit remember that losses OP are .5-2 pounds a wee? So in 4 weeks 2 pound is still within that.

Also make sure you get enough real fats and proteins in your diet.

I have not been eating my AP's, but i drink a lot of water. I try to vary and mix up my exercise routine. However, this is weight i lost then gained back. I am just feeling so frustrated! Is there anything i could do to boost my loss. I thought not eating the AP's would help, but it hasnt been. When i get discouraged, i just give up and end up eating sooo much. I have been trying to avoid that. Thanks for you advice and encouragement! :)

Actually most times this has the exact opposite effect....cause the losses to be less.

BTW I just noticed you are from Falls Church. DH grew up there. What a small world.

Cindy I saw your stats in your earlier posts and it looks like you are probably getting down to your ideal weight, is this correct? If so I know that a few years back when I was getting close to my goal that it gotter harder and harder to take off weight, I think your body tries to hold onto it a little longer. My advice would be to just try and eat really healthy and exercise like your doing and maybe only weigh once every couple of weeks (ya right LOL I know how I am). I also encourage you to measure because although you seem to not be losing "weight" since your exercising you could be gaining muscle (which weighs more than fat) and still losing fat and it is jut not showing up on the scale. I know there have been months with me where my weight would be staying the same but the inches were flying off. Just some suggestions to think about. Hope it helps!
